9th, the first Doctor this face saw. They all change, when you think about it they are all diferente Doctors; all through the series, and that’s okay, that’s good, the Doctor has to keep moving, as long as we remember all the people the Doctor used to be. I will not forget one episode of this, not one Christmas special, I swear. I will always remember when the Doctor was one of them.

There are laws among the Time Lords that have severe punishments :
~ Do not intervere with the Universe
~ Do not rewrite time so much that it damaged the structure of time and space
~ Do not claim yourself as a god
~ Do not destroy other civilizations
~ Do not do genocide ( kill an entire race/ species)
~ Do not affect the material properties of a planet.
~ And many more.

All these rules could easily be broken by a Time Lord. Thats why the Doctor brings companions, he needs a second opinion to keep his morals on.

I cried, laughed, smiled, angered. Just one show and it breaks me down inside until i can't bear to think of it any more. All i can say is, don't be fanatical, let it make your soul shine and your heart beat faster than the speed of sound.
