Are you telling me you don’t shower your tropical plants!? 🍃🚿

Showering a Bird of Paradise plant is a beneficial habit to get into, both for the plant and for you! Here are some of the advantages:

1. Dust Removal: Showering helps remove dust from the leaves, which can improve the plant's ability to photosynthesise and stay healthy.
2. Humidity Boost: A shower can increase the humidity around the plant, which is beneficial for tropical species like the Bird of Paradise. Higher humidity can promote better growth and reduce the risk of leaf drop.
3. Pest Control: Rinsing the plant can help dislodge and wash away pests like spider mites and aphids, which might be hiding on the leaves.
4. Foliage Cleaning: Clean leaves are more effective at capturing sunlight and can contribute to the overall health of the plant.
5. Overall Health: Regular showers can help reduce the chance of fungal and bacterial infections by keeping the plant's environment cleaner.
