Great and important aspect here for training. When i was younger i would never take more than 30-45 seconds rest between sets because i was chasing the pump. Thing is i was doing like 12-16 reps on an exercise and then for the second set i would reach max 6. Lately im taking longer rest periods like 2-3 minutes which helps me do my reps more strict and technical

This is only true if you equate for volume. For most people longer rest periods means less sets overall. Great points!

Bummer. I get bored during a long rest. And the workouts take too long. There's not enough time in a day.
