Running Skinny!

This is our SWW4 running on a Micro Draft 20' Skiff with a Yamaha 115! If you have ever wondered why some props have a ton of cup added to them this is why. This prop comes with the cup already built in so what you are seeing is an "out of the box" prop.

A good round eared chopper is about as efficient as it gets as long as your boat doesn't mind some bow lift. They aren't high speed tunnel Hull props but I'm a v hull kinda person anyway. The Texas style skiff looks like a fun boat to play around with but I need to wait till they get a bit older and more affordable to go hit these gravel bars in TN with one.

That's the way a prop is supposed to work on a high performance application! No more than 1.5 blades in the water at a time. If you have all of the blades in the water, you must be trolling!

Best props on the planet. Only ones I buy. I put props to the test and these are the only ones that hold up to sand and mud and grass and branches. Crawfishing

How is the water pump picking up water with the cavitation plate that far above the water?

What about the cooling system? Surely that engine is dying for some water

the whole video I'm just looking for the pisser stream and I'm just not seeing it. I would be terrified that I would burn up the motor. The prop is impressive but not if it is at the risk of loosing the motor. I see the comments about the low water pickup, but I still feel there should be more water coming out of the unit. Please explain if I'm wrong. I want to learn rather than just hate on this video.

I dont see the motor pissing is this motor starving for water cooling, it looks like the water inlet is just above the prop, was it converted?

Umm pretty sure that is a direct drive boat and that was the kicker motor off that was t really the motor would be smoked and the boat wouldn’t be moving

What is the point of that its putting to much pressure on the lower unit it seems like it should be in the water more in 39 years iv never seen anything like that I'm surprised the boats even moving

Where is the water pickup? The 115hp yamaha models I have seen are above the prop?

The water port inlet is out of the water and it's a water cooled engine. Not good!
