This is the diet of a marathoner. I eat as much as I can whenever I can. I do not track calories, the only thing I really pay attention to is making sure I get enough protein in for the day. If you don't eat enough you won't reach your potential as a runner. You will be susceptible to injury and burnout. Figuring out when to eat and how much before runs can be a difficult thing and often times is trial and error.

All long distance runner are slim.

As a bodybuilder/coach, i absolutely love the 300lb crowd who have absolutely no clue about health/fitness etc yet are keyboard warriors talking down on people who they wish they could be.

And I am so tired of hearing these "fitness experts" saying that running and cardio "will not make you loose weight", LoL. When I was running everyday I was 160, I stopped running for two years, and went up to 200, now after six months of running again, I am 170

Common sense tells you If he's running 100 miles a week burning all of that energy and not eating/ refueling he wouldn't have the energy to run as much as he does and he'd probably be in the hospital. Our guy is definitely eating but of course he's not going to gain any weight being a runner.

Dude you're killing it! People say the most ignorant things and are never satisfied - lots of runners suffer from an ED because they're convinced they need to be skinnier and people commenting about your physique have no idea how healthy you are or how much you are capable of. I respect you a lot for addressing the ignorance head on and keep leading by example ❤
