Dairy is the only thing that keeps me chill on my meat based diet. Cheese and coffee creamer are a must. Cottage cheese is my go to late night snack treat 😁

I was diagnosed with EOE and very allergic to dairy, egg whites, and gluten. I've been carnivore for a solid month and two weeks ago I tried cheese, and had no reaction. Last week I tried eggs. My stomach cramped some. Then, I tried hard boiled eggs and had no symptoms. My doctor said the body can heal itself of allergies and illnesses on carnivore. So far so good. 😊

Cottage cheese is one of my standard sides with the evening meal. Adding it in has helped with satiation and managing cravings. It's also a great source of protein. Only add a copious amount of black pepper for tastiness.

I used to do the low fat cottage cheese and sugar free fruit cocktail. Now I just have full fat cottage cheese plain but mindful of the portion recommendations. Thank you Dr Berry for all that you do for us. God bless you.❤🙏💪

Excellent advice I totally agree however we were raised with a bowl of non-fat low fat cottage cheese and I canned fruit cocktail or peaches and heavy syrup and the fruit couch to break change lifetime of those habits will take self-control it's in there confront it grasp it take charge of cravings we are all capable of many things change maybe the most difficult however and my 6-month carnivore challenge help me to actually get rid of 20 medications a day That's right 20 everything you can think of from this to that and back totally resetting my hormones And I used to be allergic to dairy products Annie and all of them in moderation now works for me thank you so much for helping me to see the error of my food pyramid mindset which is a crock carnivore for me forever I never used to eat salt and not only high quality salt and no veggies nothing and high fat high protein and that's me thanks doc and you're the one and think you community for the support the positive comments on the community is important to help us on our journey Don't be afraid to share Don't be afraid to slip up and own it after all we are human and a lot of us or have been addicted to food and the wrong stuff just like an alcoholic or an addict of any kind thank you everyone You have no clue how much I appreciate the positive comments and the journeys we are experiencing together I wish everyone the very best and the healthiest we can possibly be

Good to know because I love cottage cheese. I eat 1 big tablespoon of it and I’m satisfied.. but I could easily overeat.. so very true..😊

Thankful that it's one thing that I can (and do) enjoy from time to time. I eat all I want, which sounds like it could be a lot, but really, it's probably not most people think when I say that. It's a lot like butter. I eat all I want. It may be a little or a fair amount depending upon the day but neither are anything I worry about in the slightest. I do go for a brand with a very short ingredient list; cultured milk, cream, salt. Really don't want or need anything else for it to be good.

Great timing for this video, in light of the dozens of YouTube videos about how to make cottage cheese flatbread. I’ve never been a fan of cottage cheese but I have enjoyed a few of the cottage cheese flatbreads I’ve made at home.

I found myself feeling tired when i started carnivore but loved the effect.of not having inflammation. So i tried a cheese burger . Felt better!
Means i wasn't getting enuf fat.
So now my diet consists of beef, chicken, bone broth, eggs, .butter & cheese. It's easy to make cottage/farmers cheese. CC is exensive n not common where i live in Asia.

Mainly Carni, but not giving up raw milk cheese or raw milk...or cottage cheese. Ocaasional pre soaked nuts mixed with some berries and authentic Greek yoghurt. Full on carni, gets boring and needs a lift sometimes. Cut out sugar, refined carbs, seed oils and all UPFs and I'm sure you'll have better health.

I make a cup of it into bread with two eggs . Then I can make two sandwiches out of that “bread “
