I actually swapped the low fat cottage cheese to full fat and used it for a month. I found this delicious and satiating and I still lost weight.

Something else to look for in cottage cheese - added starches! Breakstone brand cottage cheese adds tapioca starch to their cottage cheese. Other brands add chemical emusifiers like polysorbate. I was shocked when I saw that. So then I started to check other unflavoured dairy products. MOST heavy cream has gums and emulsifiers as well !
I had never bothered to check the ingredients of unflavoured dairy products before because I naively assumed that natural products in the dairy case did not contain additives.

I just had two boiled eggs and a cup (8oz) of cottage cheese for lunch. Eggs 6.5 grams each. Cottage cheese: whole milk fat. 8 Oz 22 grams total 35 grams protein. Right???

The word is spreading about the Good Culture full fat in my area--it's constantly sold out. So yummy! Love the cottage additions listed in the Comments-I enjoy it plain, but I'm excited to switch up the flavor.

Very interesting and educational video!! I eat some cheese and occasionally cottage cheese if I can find a good one, but it is hard for me to find!! I'm mostly carnivore and experimenting to see if dairy causes me any problems!! Love the idea of cottage cheese in scrambled eggs!! ❤❤

I just found this good culture cottage cheese a couple weeks ago and I love it. Maybe you can answer a question for me that nobody believes is true. I get constipated when I eat Greek Yogurt. People say I’m imagining that. That’s why I choose cottage cheese. Glad I found you!😊

After doing a high mufa, cleanish keto program for a year or so, I love full fat BUT unfortunately full fat products have the saturated fats that increase my LDLS. I have never ever have had high cholesterol until now, and while my HDL was 104, my total cholesterol was 299. Any suggestions for your maturing (58 yo) viewers? That said, your IF tips and increased protein plan has absolutely made a difference in my life just these past few weeks since I found you. Plano Texas WholeFoods regularly sold out of full fat cottage cheese, especially the Good Culture brand. I’m eating cottage cheese bowl as I watch this video 😊
