You can put the peanuts into a bottle after oven and then use a vacuum cleaner. Typical plastic soda bottle should do the trick. Might need to have a hole on the sides of the bottle for better circulation.

This was a neat trick never thought of that. Would you happen to know how to cut almonds in half to make them resemble peanuts? Need to put them in a cold press oil machine.
