I've been having severe chest pain for almost 3months now. Been taking different medication prescriptions but all to no avail. So a friend introduced Omega-3, I started taking it three days ago and the pain has disappeared. It works like magic, am so estatic and relieved. Boy, Omega-3 is indeed a magic drug!

Is there a brand of fish oil that doesn't leave a nasty fishy taste? High quality cold pressed olive oil is high in omega 3 also isn't it? A tea or tablespoon full of lemon juice and olive oil in the mornings on an empty stomach, done daily is supposed to have all kinds of health benefits according to Motivational Docs channel. Cleanse your liver, help circulation, kickstart metabolism, which I do not need. I'm thin enough, and many other benefits. Plus your getting a bit of Vit. C no?
