I really enjoyed this video!! I wonder if the heavy use of spiced meat was used to mask spoilage?
It is very apparent that the medieval people ate first " with the eyes" as we still appreciate today. The more lavish settings the more anticipated the food will taste delicious. Thank you for another top class video!
