Yeast Donuts
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 t. Salt
2 1/4 t. Yeast
2/3 cups scalded milk
1/4 cup oil
2 egg yolks
1 t. vanilla

glaze
3 cups Powdered sugar
2 t. vanilla
about 3/4 cup warm water

for chocolate
1/2 cup melted semi sweet chocolate chips
mix in enough white glaze to make chocolate glaze

We had a blizzard in Texas one year. I couldn't get to work and there was no school. A friend and me took the school kids to the ballfield and taught them to make snow men. We took all our socks to put on the kids hands for gloves. We had a blast. We all watched videos and made popcorn that night. What fun.😊🙃
