I made these this morning and they were fantastic! I made a trip to Williams Sonoma for donut pans, 6 inch cake pans to make the mint chocolate cake and grabbed a copy of your cookbook! BTW, 2 women saw I had the book and went to grab copies for themselves. Great channel, recipes always turn out as expected. I didn't have the doughnut pan, and because the moment I saw this I had to immediately do it so I used a cupcake pan instead and they turned out delicious! Quick and easy. Thank you for this recipe ❤
