To make a long story short. Scavengers/scrappers go to a derelict space station hoping to find a fourtune, but what they found is an alien hive. A big one. Good luck folks.😮

This is set between Alien & Aliens- Fact
On & around LV-426 & its moons- Fact Because the people on the planet are actually building HADLEYS HOPE (Processors)
Ripley last seen at the end of Alien, after blasting the Xeno, went to sleep in the escape pod, when she was left drifting in space she had just left LV-426, Her EXACT escape shuttle can be seen in this trailer
(This can be seen in the trailer @0:24 on the right sight of screen below the crashing space station, Ripleys escape shuttle from the Nostromo)

an old comic carries the story on & it turns out that BIG CHAP survived being blasted by Ripley by holding onto an asteroid until being picked up by a ship
(In some trailers you can see an asteroid being brought onto a space station, strange random scene to show in a trailer right? just an asteroid being brought into a hanger. thats because BIG CHAP from Alien is on/in the asteroid)
The Neca toy release for "Scorched xeno" is actually the BIG CHAP model but with heavy burn damage (From when Ripley blasted it with the jet burners)

I dont think we will see Ripley, just her ship, but i believe we will see BIG CHAP from the 1st Alien movie in Romulus.

All theories EXCEPT for the fact that you CAN see Ripleys escape shuttle in the trailers.
You can see that the named "Scorched xeno" is actually big chap with damage.
A comic story exists where big chap survives by grabbing a ride on a asteroid & is then brought aboard a ship. (Seen in some trailers)

wow, this movie looks so bad already...i guess this will be worse then alien 3 :D cant be worse then 4, but it really looks very bad. the story will be 0, nothing new, just the same old formular and the story wont bring anything new to the franchise. Then they put some woke teenagers in their, who make stupid jokes. the lead character is a strong female ... AGAIN (i mean, isnt it kind of strange, that the Aliens always fail to kill the one strong woman? it was cool in the First Alien, but it was already stupid with covenant. they could change the formular one day, its just too predictable). Next thing is, this totaly has Alien vs. Predator vibes. we already see the alien way too much in den Trailer. Ridley Scott at least tried to make something new with his prequels and tell a real story. This is just a try to serve fans, in the end it will fail.
