This was the best explanation I found and no fluff. All other tutorials talk about just merging directly but the way you explained being able to merge any information on any column in spreadsheet made a world of difference. I spent days looking for what you explained.

Thank you, sir! I was trying to use Excel data for a tax form automation (57 pages per company, 71 companies in total) trough Macros and VBA, but failed superbly. This method of Mail Merge not only turned out way more easier, but it also fits perfectly for a completely different type of document requizit all along. And all thanks to you!
