Jesus I can't believe that even the prosecution said he wasn't guilty. THE IS NOT OKAY. HE WAS MURDERED.

As a Missourian, I'm appalled and sickened by our governor and judges who refused to even grant a hearing. And two white guys in a rural county who caged, tortured and finally killed and disemboweled a young girl, get life with an Alford plea to avoid the death penalty. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the 2:14 total injustice here.

Someone important must be the murderer and they want to keep it from being exposed.

This is horrendous and despicable. The witness said he was innocent. Even the prosecutor knew he was innocent. What kind of justice is this??? Why an innocent was killed with all the evidences proving he was not guilty?

This guy gets executed for a crime he possibly didn't commit, but Susan Smith is eligible for Parole for a crime that she did do and was way more heinous.

It's all about money! Admitting that he was not guilty, would mean eventually setting him free and having to compensate for all the time he had wrongfully served.

Wasn't there new DNA evidence? Also, the victim's family did not want him executed. This needs to be investigated, ideally before the injection!
