Supreme Court allows Missouri to proceed with the execution of death row inmate Marcellus Williams

A Missouri man is scheduled to be executed by lethal injection Tuesday evening after the U.S. Supreme Court allowed the state to proceed with its plan to execute him, rejecting a last-ditch request to intervene on his behalf.

To the people saying he was going to be convicted anyway, what makes this case sick isn’t Marcellus himself, it’s the fact that they’re putting him to death without any concrete evidence. Could you imagine all the times this has happened and it WASNT put on the news?

If there is any doubt the death penalty should have been taken off the table. There certainly is doubt in this case. I hope everyone who was involved in pushing this through, and all their cheerleaders commenting on here need mercy from someone one day and are denied.
