I LOVE walking backwards it’s so much fun and it really provides recovery time when I’m tired of walking in a forward direction! Yay!😃

My rehab from sitting for 12 hours at a time for work has largely consisted of deadlifts. But I, more or less, do the rest of this stuff too.

I sit all day for work but with information like this and some discipline i feel younger, i train harder, recover faster, fewer injuries, play more sports that i love. Cheers to u and your team. Inspirational and useful!

Hey Ben I think you’d be interested in looking into the effects of modern shoes in comparison to barefoot walking and barefoot shoes. I’ve had lots of foot and other issues from poor shoes and walking form. It can also affect posture and joint health.

I severely injured my neck doing your atg neck strengthening isometric exercises progressing very slowly up to 45 deg bench. I have scar tissue now and nothing seems to help now that it's a chronic problem. Any advice?

Your videos are brilliant, I started knee ability zero and felt great after just a couple weeks...then I began PT at the suggestion of my orthopedic and felt worse...started knee ability zero again ansd a week in, feeling good...im never going to stray again!

Great stuff.

Maybe this is down to us and our own choices, but I wouldn't mind an example of how one would apply this practically, as in an idea of sets, or reps etc
