This guy got exactly what he wanted. He has nothing better to do than sit in his car doing nothing for 90 minutes just to worry someone enough to call the cops. Say what you want but if an adult male parked in front of your house and stated there for 90 minutes you wouldnt like it either.

if this guy is sitting on the side of the road and not in a designated park spot then he is in fact breaking the law. you cannot legally park a car in a roadway, it endangers traffic. if he lived there and there was not enough room on the property to park on the property then it is allowed to have half your car in part of the roadway but you still cant completely block a lane
