Doug thank you ! I LOVE IT! Wish more people would dig into scriptures to dig out the treasures! This revelation made all the areas That did not seem to fit, fall into their place! There are no conflicts of scripture! Praise Yehovah!

The only thing I would add to what you said is that if you are grafted into the olive tree of Jacob/Israel making you a part of the elect of God - you are also saved/delivered by believing in the Messiah Yehoshua. I don’t think you made that absolutely clear. But excellent teaching, thank you brother.

Pastor Doug,
I love hearing your sermons, very well explained. I agree wholeheartedly. Where I am confused (silly as it seems and as a Jew), why are you wearing a Talit without the Yarmulka? the latter is more important than the former. Wearing the yarmulka shows that we are NOT higher than God. Can you explain this for me.

The blessing given to Elijah was for family and marriage, and so he is referenced in 1st Corinthians with "you are free to marry whoever you choose" pertaining to earthly matters, then going on to say, "even him who is in heaven", Pertaining to heavenly matters. The question that should be asked, is if God is in heaven, does it pertain to the dead also. So how else will the daughter be brought to the mothers, and the mothers to the daughters? If any religion is brought forth for personal inspection, and since the matter can not be resolved, it is often rejected, or put off, and most would die without salvation not understanding where to go. If Elijah were to show up, it would most likely mean death to them, as everyone would fight against it. So God in his wisdom created that it did not matter while alive or dead, when it was accepted, or when someone could start. then the elect would know this, so salvation of family could be possible, and the union through men, and the priesthood given to Adam for marriage could enter heaven. So the elect come together not only to bring forth the reformed tribes, but also the temple, and salvation for everyone they choose. God being the Example for mankind, through Israel to make the way for Juda, or anyone who chooses to be a part of it. It is a nation, but does not include all, and is not in Juda that this is done.

Why would James state that all 12 tribes dispersed abroad? Is he referring to Jews and Benjamites who state in Babylon?

Jeremiah 33:24-26. Consideresr thou what this people have spoken, saying. the two families which the Lord has chosen, he hath even cast them off? Thus they have despised my people, that they should be a nation no more. Thus saith the Lord; If my covenant be not with day and night, And if I have "not" appointed the ordinances or heaven and earth. Then will I cast away the seed of Jacob, and David my servant, so that I will not take any of his seed to be rulers over the "seed' of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; for I will cause their captivity to return, And have mercy on them. I wonder how this gets spun by replacement theology?e

I agree for the most part that God chose the nation Israel and would reunite the two houses. Your limiting the election only to the nation and not to the individuals who through faith have bee grafted into the house of Israel. Your criticism of reform thinking is valid. God is not capricious or arbitrary. Many are called but few are chose. We are chosen in Christ before the foundation of the world in God`s foreknowledge and become vessels of mercy in yielding to the call of Christ Jesus. You distort Ephesians 1:4. It is individuals chosen in Christ who as the olive tree unites the two sticks and grafts in the natural branch Judah and the wild branch of scattered Israel. It is not an either/or but a both/and election of the nation Israel and believers from all nations who have been brought into the common wealth of Israel. You make valid points of the election of the nation Israel in the larger context of salvation history. But in your over reaction to the errors of reform theology, you miss the wonderful truth for the individual who loves God. The chain link from foreknowledge to glorification is addressed to believers in Christ. There is nothing capricious in God`s sovereign will and our freely yielding to the potter to become vessels of mercy. Those who defy and resist the potter become vessels of wrath.

To: Steve Masslock,
@ >"in unconditional election it is God’s sovereign will that determines who is elected and who is not."
Hey Steve! Is that what "Jesus" said when He was asked what MUST anyone DO to inherit eternal life? OR, did "Jesus" say OBEY my COMMANDMENTS??? John 14:15; Matthew 19:16; Luke 18:18; AND, 1st Corinthians 2:9; AND, ONCE AGAIN, John 14:15

Jesus said. The son of man comes at an hour you do not expect, so be ready. I don't think "be ready" means, save dried food, guns and bullets or gold and silver in a bunker for 7 years. When Jesus comes as a thief in the night at a time you don't expect, is a whole lot different than when, after the tribulation of those days there will appear the sign of the son of man in heaven.. And all eyes shall see him like lightning shining from the east to the west. Two different events. Besides that, Matt 24-37-41 says before the flood came then two will be in the field, one taken the other left..Paraphrased Sounds like the catching up is before the wrath starts.

@10:00. AND that "NEW COVENANT" will also INCLUDE a PURE Language. < Zephaniah 3:9. "For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve him with one consent." Every language we have is CORRUPT and one of the worse IS the English language. The "willingly ignorant" SAY what is written from Matthew to Revelation IS the New Covenant.

Yeah!!!. you said "Israel' is the elect. Through Israel even the gentiles will be blessed.

I really think Doug is dancing around here. "No man can come to Me, except the Father which hath sent Me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day." John 6:44. God does elect or choose those whom He wills. The Bible is pretty clear.

The choosen are only the remnnat from the israelities by Isaak line, not the nation as a whole! And also choosen are the believing people from the other nations. One Body-=The Israel ot God =the Bride of Christ, with one Head - Messiah Jesus. I think, you do not understand, that the 12 Tribes in etirnety, will be not fleshly, but spiritual tribes! And the Remnant from Israel/ Juda, and the saved from the nations, will be in this 12 tribes. This is the Tree. The true Israel is Jesus, and believers are His body. Read Isahia 42-50. The servant of God is Jesus, and He is called Israel. His people, no matter of they ethnicity in the flesh, are from the Israel of God- 12 Tribes. See Revelation... The new Jerusalem, comming from above! This is the Brisde of Christ. And who is in this city? 12 Tribes... Only 12 Tribes.. No word for so called gentile believers.. Why? Because, all believers, after 1st resureaction, are Gods Israel.

Greetings, from Eastern Europa, Doug!

Why then do we have a nation called Israel that kept their language, and the religion back in their homeland? after 2000 years? I never found a nice Jebusite couple in my neighborhood. God still has plans for the nation of Israel. the only nation God made an everlasting covenant with. which he swore by his own name, not according to their faithfulness, but his Word. they are elect.

Show me in Matt 24 when "the angels gather his elect, is the catching up of the Church? I keep reading on and see the "gathering" is the sheep and goat judgment, the sheep go into the earthly kingdom as mortal humans. Not raptured saints, "dead or "alive" to the Fathers house in glorified bodies. Second of all, Jesus comes himself in 1 Thess 4-16. No mention of angels in Thess to gather the church to meet the Lord in the air. I cant see how glorified saints also go into the earthly kingdom as mortal humans with sin yet Jesus promised in John 14 we would go to the fathers house. how can both happen? please try to explain? Rev 19-8 says was granted to her " the Bride' the Church, that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white which is the righteousness of the "saints" and then in Rev 19-14 the armies that followed him on white horses, clothed with fine linen, white and clean is that not the church returning with him before he gets there. matthew 24-31 cant be a rapture passage.

The bible is pretty clear without having to do extensive word searches. God grants us our salvation. He hardens the hearts of the wicked. He leaves the wicked to do the evil. There is ample scripture to read without having the need for someone to give you their interpretation. Scripture clarifies its self.
Romans 12:3
For through the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to each a measure of faith
Ephesians 2:8-10

For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God
Ephesians 1:5-8

He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will

Acts 13:48
Verse Concepts

When the Gentiles heard this, they began rejoicing and glorifying the word of the Lord; and as many as had been appointed to eternal life believed.
