2015 Yamaha FZ-07 First impressions

I own a 73 Honda CB350G and a '16 Motto Guzzi V7 II (love this bike). I am planning on replacing the Honda CB350G by the coming spring. I want a lightweight, agile, torque ample power bike for such a replacement (not a Harely or similar type of bike). While the FZ-07 is nor a light as the H350 I have it is what it is (which seems to be good). And so far I have not found a negative review (quite the opposite) of the FZ-07. The only other bike I have considered is the KTM 690 Duke (light weight/power) of which I ruled out mainly because of its unwarranted (IMO) premium price.

The ONLY thing about this bike that makes me somewhat unwilling to put it on my wish list is a guy I knew dying on one (not bikes fault, but still weird to look at it after knowing that) and maybe that front light. Wonder if it's possible to get some kind of cover on the top of that light to cover up those visible screws

Saw this one, and a few others. From a Malaysian MT-07 rider too, keep em coming, buddy. =) Subbed. By the way, noticed your dad using the Shark Vancore. Have half a mind on getting that helmet, mate. I'm concerned about the visibility and heat of those things. How's the range of vision on the goggles? Will it effect riding very much or is it something you barely notice? What about the heat? We're in pretty similar climates, but with goggles instead of visors that can be flipped up, how warm does it get in there?

Bro, if you can get your hands on an MT-03 2015 please do a review on it, looks pretty damn sexy, same engine as the R3 i think but for a 300 it looks pretty good. Nice review man you getting a new exhaust soon?

I'm considering mt07 and cb650f, which will be more suitable in Malaysia road with daily community

I heard some corrosion problems with MT07 and also that some parts at the tank is plastic which is a bit of let down.I was thinking to buy the Honda cb650f but i found out later that it doesnt have Gear indicator (for real? almost 8k grand bike and honda didnt add a gear indicator? daaamn). I dont know what to buy.. i am also thinking for a used kawasaki z750, otherwise i am going with MT or cb650f.. i need to think about it till summer. I want a bike mostly for daily commuting inside the town and some small escapes at weekend (naked bike only). Any advice?
