2017 FZ-07 First Ride and Impressions

Went to a Yamaha demo event and rode a few bikes. I give my thoughts and first impressions of the FZ07 in this video. Remember, I have no idea what I'm talking about so don't expect top-level reviewer quality.

I own one and never cruise with it over 5k unless in top gear. It's so much smoother lower in the rev range, plus there is still plenty of torque down low.

No dude. It's MUCH torquier than your darling R6 outside its power band. Look at the charts. It's actually torquier than your R6 INSIDE its power band, since it's 100cc larger and therefore its peak torque is higher.

Is the suspension okay on the 2017? I am in a dilemma many say the 2018 is a lot better with the new suspension and i don't want to spend a thousand dollar to upgrade the forks and shock. Let me know i'm curious!
