SpaceX revealed the Starship Gigafactory that humiliated NASA...
To realize its ambition to turn Mars into a colony, what SpaceX needs more than temporary tents is solid and spacious factories.
This is why SpaceX has undertaken plans to expand its production infrastructure Starfactory, taking the manufacturing of Starship to a new high.
And if you already know majestic Tesla's Gigafactory where 5,000 electric vehicles are produced per week, you'll definitely be impressed to know that SpaceX's Starfactory will be much more insane.
This impressive expansion of the New Star factory serves as evidence of Elon Musk's far-reaching vision, establishing a solid foundation for the development of the world's largest spacecraft, Starship.
Stay tuned as we dive into this episode of Alpha Tech!

I really appreciate the content, but also the high fidelity sound recording, the clear narration, and lack of distracting incidental music.

I’ll say one thing this man’s got more money and brains than any government official we have all they know how to do is spend money and not accomplish a damn thing, so keep it up Elron your star base really is fascinating, and I hope that you get that thing off the ground and in flight and return without an act, single problem

Confusing video. Mixing old and new designs. Talking about the new factory, then talking about the old tents, now gone. I gave up half way through.

Yeah… SpaceX blowing up its Starships really humiliates NASA!! And SpaceX’s holding up the Artemis missions FOR YEARS really humiliates NASA as well! Think about it: Starship is supposed to be the human landing and return vehicle to the moon….. But Starship has YET to make earth orbit, has yet to fly to the moon, has yet to safely land on the moon, has yet to launch from the moon, has yet to fly back to earth, has yet to re-enter earth’s atmosphere, has yet to safely land on earth, has yet to refuel in space. So yeah, NASA is really humiliated by Starship…. SMH

SpaceX can build rockets in a tent in the sand and the others are in clean rooms and can't competes.

6:17 : 1000x; 6:23 : 1000%; 6:46 : 10, 000x and BTW: The FUD doctors were merciless on Musk's use of tents. Shouldn't they be sitting in timeout somewhere now?

New factory operational by late 2024? Late 2024? So no production until late 2024? Doubt that. And stop combining old videos. All your segments on tents are obsolete. All this makes your videos a joke. If you want to talk history, write new dialogue.

Humiliation of nasa is an understatement,

however there is no point to exploring the moon or Mars, hopefully tax dollars aren't not spent on a vanity based endeavor and frankly let's really tax the pollution that is created with hobby.

and arguably only AI will travel the stars

Elon says a lot of things, he said Tesla would have full driverless autonomous vehicles by 2018, that never happened, promoted the Hyperloop and then quietly backed out of it into silence when predictably it was shown that the physics do not allow for what he wanted to do, that's what Elon does, he says big things and then may or may not follow through, NASA just does things, it doesn't need to make promises and it's not interested in the media's attention the way Musk is.

That said there is no competition between NASA and SpaceX, NASA directly funds SpaceX and gives them contracts, a huge part of the reason behind the development of Starship is the NASA contract for Artemis III, which in fact is ready-to-go from NASA's side as the SLS and Orion systems are ready and tested and the project is only delayed because of SpaceX's Starship HLS which was supposed to be ready already and isn't really that close yet it seems.

SpaceX's competition is Blue Origin to whom NASA granted the contract to develop a competing lander for Artemis 5, both Blue Origin and SpaceX compete for NASA's contracts, NASA isn't competing with anyone. NASA is rooting for everyone, it's not competing, NASA just wants to get back on the moon and trying to enlist whomever can help best.

SpaceX has it's own plans ofc for a Mars mission, but it's dumb for as many reasons as the Hyperloop was and it's equally unlikely any of us will live to see it happen, i expect the Mars mission will just get delayed further and further until Elon moves onto some new bombastic goal of getting to one of Jupiter's moons or something.
Mars just isn't a place that humans should be living on for various reasons, one of which the extreme radiation to which they'd be exposed on Mars, but that's one of those pesky details that Elon doesn't factor in lol

Read the comments and that didn't make it any better.
A waste of time. Yours and ours.

Funny that Elon doesn’t have any of his own solar panels on all those flat roofs.

NASA is limited by budget and responsibility, and Musk is not limited by anything .Take care of him .😂Everything in Space X rests on his enthusiasm and money .

will all these launches really damage the planet? With the 8 to 16 refuelling launches you think global warming is bad now

The Military wants the BF Rocket ! ... for its Space force ... NASA doesn't care about Mars ... and You're Right ! The list of things to do is long, like Finishing all the Upgrades ... Magnificent Musk is still on the Drawing Board, like with his heat tiles still falling off ... something he needs for Reentry ! ... Then there is the fuel slosh problem with the Booster ... So for both parts, they can go Up, but can't come Down ! ... Plus those are difficult Fixes ! ... He's going to need New Versions of both Starship and Booster ... then he wants it longer with Raptor 3s ... LOL ! ... Isn't it Fun !

The AI generated voice that resembles Men’s Warehouse gritty deep voice that fails to deliver authentic human speech is always a turn-off.

Uh about Noah's Ark. What if it's Mars that is in danger ? It may still be worth going. Who knows some teenager may figure out a plan to avoid space ballistic asteroids etc.
