You forgot to mention, during the shuttle days when the crew would go from 6 to 12, the recycling system tended to stop working. It's one of the most finicky systems on board ISS. And its why O2 and water are delivered every time supplies are needed (not just food). Because its not so great. This is actually a very difficult issue to overcome for long duration flights.

Surely a rotating space station type Similar to the 2010 A Space odyssey would be better by joining the Starships together for the journey to Mars and the moon etc, and set the Starships in the form of a wheel and create artificial gravity just enough to help the human body to have a better chance of surviving the journey instead of continuing with zero G, Arthur C Clarke had the right idea.

I am kind of new to this but wouldn't it be better to have a large space station that flies between planets never entering the atmosphere. The starship transfers them back-and-forth to that to the surface.

I am thinking if there is a destination in LEO, then you will see a pile of seats, a bigger restroom area, and the open space up front. Also a cargo hold at the bottom with some mechanics such as life support. Just need to make it long enough to offload somewhere else and cargo Starship will move the rest into place. Interplanetary Starship would probably be mostly supplies for the trip and better radiation shielding. This Starship, well I am not sure what you would use it for. Looks cool though.

One of the main consideration in the ships design, will be to prevent the buildup of gas pockets in the living space. I'm thinking carbon dioxide but farts too hehe

Once SpaceX Starship's capability to sustain life truly becomes possible, the possibility for interplanetary travel on other planets would surely be achievable. Awesome video!

You left out food...a 100 people will need a lot of food just for the trip...they will also need food when they set up shop on Mars
