After I recorded this news came out that Sam Johnstone might be allowed to leave Palace so Henderson might be ultra nailed unless they buy someone else and could go in instead of Flekken.

Last season I selected Rashford. He started badly. But I was determined to keep him until he came good. He never came good. He devalued. Eventually a fringe player off the bench. He devalued some more. He is dead to me!!! Good luck to the Rashford owners. lol

With defender bonus getting nerfed and the fact that there are so many lower priced good picks I think it actually makes more sense to go with both haaland and salah to start. If saka or someone becomes essential you can easily downgrade, it’s a lot harder to upgrade to salah. Given the fixtures too you can swap to only haaland after gw6

I won't be shocked if Connor Bradley started over TAA just because he's had a full pre-season. McNeil and Rashford don't make much sense based on last year's form.

Just start with Haaland and Salah and then adjust accordingly. They are nailed to start and can easily be dropped to the likes of palmer, saka or Foden who aren't guaranteed starts. Also if Harry Amass comes up as 4 Million he could be a great option if Shaw gets injured and Amad Diallo at 5 million if he gets that RW spot will be amazing this season for fpl!

Andy mate I'm gonna fix your team for you real quick mate just hear me out here for a second and listen very carefully to what I have to say. First of all you don't need to spend that much on TAA when Connor Bradley might be starting aswell go down 1 mil to Gvardiol instead, just as attacking as TAA and cheaper and plays in a slighlty better defense too. Then drop McNeil for a 4.5 midfielder and chuck him on your bench and play Muniz in a 3 4 3 Formation. Now you have 2 million extra in your team right. Drop Rashford down to a 6.5 midfielder like a Bailey or a Johnson or a Garnacho instead, if you go Garnacho you have a better performing in form player than Rashford who is also a starter at .5 cheaper than Rashford. Now you have 2.5 million in the bank right? So now you can use that money to move up from Son to Salah. You can't go without Salah for the start of the season mate he's got great fixtures to open up with, he's killing it in pre season and he's an incredible captaincy. So now you have Salah in your team, Muniz is playing in the team and you have a 4.5 mil fodder on your bench, Muniz will be fine as United, Leicester and Ipswich defenses are all rubbish so you can play him in a 3 4 3 Formation. Lastly drop either Robinson or Konsa down your choice which one to Barco at 4.0 he's gonna be starting for a Brighton and is on all the corners and we know how good of a header Dunk has on him so that's a an assist return right there. With the extra .5 bump up your goalkeeper to a 5.0 trust me mate it is so worth it compared to all the 4.5's. Flekken you don't want as he has horrible opening fixtures to start the season with and you'll lose so many points with him in goal and the rest aren't nailed on to start. I would maybe drop Konsa down to Barco then if you still wanna cover the Villa defense from GW3-GW9 go for Emi Martinez world cup winning keeper, Villa look extremely good defensively under Emery and they've just signed Onana from Everton and Maatsen from Dortmund and have no more defesnive injuries like they did last season and Martinez is a set and forget keeper for a while and Villa are incredible at performing well at home and keeping clean sheets as we saw last season they were u defeated at home for most of the season, hope you read this all mate and take everything I have to say under consideration, cheers mate😊

For the first time ever I’m really considering bench boost for GW1. There are a lot of doubts because of the late comers who played in the euros or copa America and also some new managers. I think attacking the fixtures because some teams have a good opening fixture with players who are nailed on, is the best option i think. Especially if you are considering a no Haaland draft, maybe with a bb you can do some damage control for when he plays against Ipswisch.

Salah and Haaland draft is the one for the first 5-6 GWs imo. Going without either will probably cost you.

Nice to see a few differentials. Although I think if I was to go without Salah, I would want 2 premiums in midfield (eg Son and Fernandes).

It's my first time playing FPL so I decided to check my team's rating to see how I'm looking. I was able to get up to a 9.6 with Flekken and Valdimarsson in goal, TAA/White/Gvardiol in the back with Mykolenko/Aina, in the midfield and Isak/Watkins/Muniz up front. I swapped out Haaland for Watkins and to make room for Salah. With the extra budget, I also beefed up my defense, and then I swapped out Wood for Muniz. My friends who are Man U supporters talked me out of Bruno Fernandez so I took Odegaard instead.

I currently have a "Haaland draft" with both saka and trent, but I am considering going for Salah+ a 4, 5m defender instead. Witch combo would you prefer???

Your Salah draft is very similar to mine. Bruno is a good pick, nailed and on set pieces. Ive got a slightly less premium defence to get to Havertz.
