The simplest way to increase your maintenance so that you can eat more is by simply ✨walking✨
As someone who pretty much sits in front of a desk all day, I rarely get my steps in. So a standing desk has definitely been one of the best investments I've made.
On average, you burn about around 300-400 calories per 10,000 steps (Google's words not mine 😂). So from averaging around 2600 calories as my maintenance, I've been able to maintain my weight at around 3000 calories per day which has been amazing since I'm still dealing with hunger issues post bodybuilding competition.
Building new habits can be difficult but getting your steps in while doing your work makes hitting your step target truly a breeze.
So if you're someone who struggles to get your steps in, I swear by a standing desk... That and it's also really f'ing cool 😂
