People don’t realize this man is right, stability in the core makes your abs show. And being stable is hard to do if your not athletic, if you want to be more athletic, add stability elements to your workouts.

My workout routine is bar bell back squat, deadlift, bench press incline or regular, barbell row, shoulder press, pull ups, dips. I just alternate the days I squat and deadlift. M Never do them on the same day. Workout 3 times a week. I’ve gotten the best gains of my life. Simple and basic yet SUPER effective. I love it and will continue to train this way. So i absolutely agree. Compound movements are king.

I don’t agree a lot with what he says but this is completely right, stabilizing your core when working on other muscles is the number one way to build your core without isolating it. Like squats or deadlifts. You need to tighten everything so that the bar doesn’t fall or so you can get it up. Having a thicker core makes it easier to run, rotate and just be athletic

No, you need isolation exercises, the seated bicep curl is actually good. Helps you get a higher peak on the biceps.
