USB COM port is not working ! (ESP32 / ESP8266)

If USB port is not recognized then how to resolve it by CH340 and CP210x driver for ESP32 and ESP8266. ( Micropython and Arduino )
Correction: ARDUINO UNO uses the ATMEL communication chip.

When i connect nodemcu with my loptop.and open flasher. Im not found port like Com3 Com4 but why? After that when i go to device manager for check port option i found there was not showing any port option. I can i solved it sir

Sir when I used a basic led fade program without the driver .But when I used a wifi scan program the board stopped showing itself in my laptop
