I need a com port on my windows 10 pc. I need to set it to 19200, parity none, xon xoff. Can you help with that? Windows 10 doesn't have the settings like Windows 7 or XP

Please help, I do not have the advanced options appearing. Instead of port or comm it shows lpt1, this is on a windows XP.
