Loved the damage control mode switch after they accidentally trashed Churchill Mortgage for pressuring the lady to buy a house now because her credit score was going to drop. Something tells me they're going to start asking who they worked with BEFORE commenting from now on, haha.

I am a car dealer and in defense of the dealership you can never know for sure a car is 100%. BUT I don't think there has been a time where a customer has came back with a problem that I have not fixed it. Especially if it is less than 30 days! Because we do right by people I have a large number of repeat customers. Live by the Golden rule!

At about 7 minutes the woman who’s husband put them 100, 000 in debt by not filing taxes says she’s known for about a week. She also said she’s processed through it and not angry. Is that possible or is she just in shock and the anger is coming.
She should keeping looking because I know men like this and there is more he’s been ignoring I’d bet on it.

Girl that got ripped off buying used car at dealership should lookup if her state has lemon law protection. All states have lemon law for new cars but not all states cover used cars. It’s worth looking into.

Isaac needs to get a side gig, his wife can do some online gig. Maybe book keeping or something. Don't sell the house! Selling the house will put them in a bigger hole. Plus if they can't afford their rent at some point, they're within 30-60 days to being on the street. With the house, they have a bigger gap between them and homelessness. Keep the house! Maybe rent a room to a student or single professional.

I can't stand the way Dr. Delony always says "I'm guessing you feel..." "You probably feel like ..." "The way I would feel is ..." Like just ask the person how they're feeling and how you can help them. It's so cringey when he constantly guesses how people feel about a situation and they're like "No not at all" Or even when he needs to bring feelings into a conversation where the person isn't asking about feelings lol. Just grinds my gears and feels so awkward

at 16:30 when they tell the guy from OKC to sell the house, it must be the most idiotic thing to do if the mortgage is 1100 and he said that to rent a house in the area is 1100 why would you advice him to sell ? . I will say keep the house even if he stops paying the mortgage he has a protection and will be able to negotiate with the bank instead of renting and then being kicked out in 30 to 60 days.

The only real advice that he should take is to have his wife take a part time that will allow her to work overnights this way her salary can cover the utilities and food. Then his can take care of the mortgage. maybe also rent one room to a student for 300.

Why will you tell him to sell if the rent is the same as the mortgage. i will understand if he said the rent is 600 then yea it will make sense but it the rent and mortgage are the same why make the change.
