My aws rds with server code run normally, but suddenly yesterday all connections were gone to 0. Now i try to connect the rds using the bastion host method and cmd method, but it can't connect. In an AWS RDS event, the DB instance shut down and error restarting MySQL: The MySQL process is not running, but the AWS RDS instance status is available.
