I was on carnivore for 6 months . I felt awesome . Had lost 35 pounds . I fell off the wagon in hunting camp this fall and have been off carnivore for 3 months . I’m getting back on next Monday. Being back on carbs has shown me how much better I was when on carnivore. I’ve got over 1000 pounds of elk and moose so I’ve got no excuse . Thanks 🙏

I'm almost 2 months in, and am avoiding conversations about my weightloss. My main goal is to get off my antidepressants(3) and cure the autoimmune issues I have. Why are people so accepting of medications, but are horrified by the idea of carnivore? I wish I could describe how good my body feels. No more bloat, inflammation, or pain. Brain fog gone.

Eating the carnivore lifestyle for over a year. I've reversed fatty liver, diabetes, diverticulitis, arthritis, bursitis, lost over 55 pounds. I can exercise, walk up and down stairs, breathe through my nose and I'm not winded, like I was and it was terrible. I'm sixty and feel better than I have since my forties. 💪🥩

I'm a Master's Athlete and have been for about 20 years, and in many sports. I had not been swimming in ten years, and this past summer I decided to begin swimming in Open Water, on the St. Lawrence River in Canada. I am 60 yrs old, and have been carnivore for approximately 10 months. Within 9 weeks, swimming three days per week, I swam a 6km, open water event. My goal time to complete the swim was 3-3:15 minutes. I completed the swim in 2h, 22minutes. I have never felt better in my life. I am now swimming indoors and preparing for Master's Provincial and possibly Nationals, scheduled in the spring of 2025. I have never felt better in my life. I only eat beef, butter, eggs and occasionally fish. No alcohol, no caffeine. I believe the clock has been turned back 20 yrs. Oh, and I'm down 63#.

Thank you, Dr. Chaffee for sharing this information with us. I now have friends who are also turning to the Carnivore diet --- after years of unhealthy processed foods. Thank you.

Funny how 99% of our food is processed. Anything the FDA says to eat I just do the opposite. I recommend reading “Health and Beauty Mastery” by Julian Bannet, that book is a real eye opener about shocking stuff health industry is doing! I completely changed my habits

I have yet to hear or read about somebody who went carnivore and had negative consequences. All positive. Many life changing.

We need more people like this telling us truth! Just finished reading The 23 Former Doctor Truths by Lauren Clark. Its fascinating what they hide from society.

I consider Gary Taubes to be the OG of the modern Keto movement, having brought it to the mainstream almost 20 years ago when I was at my lowest point health-wise. I owe him my life and there's no amount of praise that could ever be enough for this man.

Thank you for sharing the difficulty you had reaching your wine drinking friend. I found that very important and supportive to my own struggles with trying to reach food addicts.

My wife and I have been on carnivore for a little over a month and my blood work improved incredibly, I moved from stage 3b CKD to 3a, and my PSA went from 5.7 to 2.48! Also, severe symptoms in my side and back went away and I was able to cancel my EGD and nuclear medicine scan of my gallbladder. Thank you so much for all you hellp, information and encouragement. Oh, I also lost over 10lbs.

Yes, my mother was type 1 from age 8. Followed her diet strictly. Many complications including blindness. Died at 38 of a heart attack. Hence my life long interest in diabetes and nutritional food. Thank you for your work Gary Taubes.

Doctor Chaffee I did want to express how thankful I am that you are not into politics overtly and shock value titles to your videos sadly there are some carnivore influencers now that I once respected that are leaning heavily on these two poisons for views apparently, I don't even know how the pay scale works for YouTube. I know that it takes a lot of views for you all to get hardly any money though. But I hope you will stay the dude with integrity on all this carnivores
should be for all it should not be political. Thanks again!!! Thriving!🎉❤🎉

3:11 I had exactly the same situation. About 3 years ago I tried to convince a friend to go carnivore to treat his Parkinson’s. Been 18 months in a home and passed away 3 days ago. Just couldn’t give up on the carbs. But I’m convinced the reason they don’t even give it a try is because the doctors tell them there is no cure so what’s the point in giving up the food I like.

I've had ulcerative colitis and spondylitis for many years. I've suffered, especially with the ulcerative colitis for almost 30 years and I noticed the difference within the first two weeks but two months later I virtually have no symptoms of the UC. When I get tempted with some old things, food wise, just remember how good I feel and that if I eat something like that, I know how sick I'm going to be. Plus, I'm sure I was getting close to being prediabetic with my high carbohydrate diet. I love how this so-called diet is really just getting us back to what's normal and natural! As a former food addict, I have freedom from food and I am loving it!

Carnivore for the win. 3.5 years in and I've lost 160lbs and back to a 32" waist. Inflammation is down and all blood work is perfect.

I’ve only been strict for four days. I’m 55, 5’10 and 251.9 lbs, I was diagnosed pre diabetic 12 years ago when I weighed 215. Slowly my A1C went from a 6 to a 13. Along the way I was put on a long and short acting insulin. My weight ballooned. Now it feels impossible to drop body fat as opposed to my teens, 20s, and 30s where I’d change what I drank and lose. Usually my blood sugars roller coaster and sometimes hit 500. The last four days they have steadied as well as lowered to a high of 177. My insulin has cut in half from 80 to 40 units. Can’t wait to see what happens in a month and beyond. Hoping to fix my metabolic syndrome.
