Couple of points:
People always push back against carnivore diet by saying ‘yes of course plants can be bad for some people, some times etc’ but fail to address the core concept of the carnivore diet i.e. that while most people can eat most plants and not have too much trouble, everyone would be healthier if they ate more meat and much less ultra-processed plant based carbohydrates.

Many people try to debunk the hypothesis that a carnivore diet is how humans evolved to eat, claiming that hunter gatherer populations would eat whatever was available. This is true, but we also know that human populations survived for millennia on a meat only diet, while no population could survive without meat.

I started eating carnivore 5/1/2021 and I don’t need fiber nor do the 10K on the carnivore group I’m in. The “can you poop?” Is what everyone asks me and yes with zero effort it made zero issues with that but now have zero bloat, zero sugar cravings, zero skin breakout and any GI issues. I am off anti depressants, Blood pressure med and anxiety meds & sleep amazing! I wish I had heard of this way of eating it’s so easy for me who has been severely obese since I was in Elementary School & tried eating low carb but I would binge on low carb processed crap & sugar cravings never went away. First time ever I don’t think of food all day everyday. I literally thought about food day and night! This is the best decision I have made! I am also no borderline longer T2 in just 3 full months🙌🏻 I might add veggies here and there in the future but eating meat is really not boring at all & haven’t once gotten bored. For me this has been life’s changing and now I have energy to workout too

Having suffered from IBD my whole life always eating the "healthy" low fat high fiber foods i was right on the edge of diabetes sick in constant pain.
I went carnivore as a elimination diet and have never gone back 30kg lighter almost completely symptom free of IBD no longer close to being pre diabetic and most importantly pain free.

Fiber is a barrier to good gut health not a helper and the only carbs ourr body ever needs are the ones it makes for itself.
Of this i am 100% convinced

Though I’ve lost 40lbs on clean keto, I have been slowly adding some grains back in my diet. Have less episodes of brain fog, and wilting in the middle of my work out. Not as hungry, and so far keeping weight off. Good video. Curiosity brought me here. Thanks

The point about carnivore ultimately being an elimination diet for most of us is the key point here. Most people would feel a whole lot better just by cutting out sugar and refined carbs (which are obviously absent in a carnivore diet).

I've been carnivore for over a year and I feel amazing. I'm doing so well that my PCM doesn't believe that I'm diabetic...

Been carnivore for over 3 years. Never had scurvy or malnutrition.

Also, there may be no scientofoc studies, but we have thousands of years of anthropological data and observations of societies that ate almost exclusively meat.

Been on carnivore 3 weeks. Have zero issues going to bathroom. Do full body workouts and do 3 mile runs. Week two I literally ran 9 miles just as a test. Feel great. I eat 3 small servings of beef liver a day to make up for vitamin c, k ect. Also take a magnesium supplement.

If it wasn't for the "all animal diet" humanity would have never survived.

The only diets that have reduced the inflammation in my legs (I have lipedema and lymphedema) is keto and now carnivore. And I've done every single diet out there. I was vegan, then raw, then vegetarian. So I'm sticking with carnivore...

"Registered Dietician" doesn't mean anything except "beware"

Just being educated or having some kind of degree does not mean you are correct...

This person is a registered dietician most likely educated and trained the standard Western way. He needs to read The Carnivore Code by Paul Saladino to learn about studies and non-studies. I have been carnivore for 4 months and have never felt better in my life. I have tossed the meds, lost fat, have tons of energy and I am 70 years old.

I tried various diets in my lifetime: vegetarianism (1 year), carnivore (2 years), pescatarian (4 years), etc. and I have come to the conclusion that a balanced diet is the best! I prioritize high protein and fiber, moderate to low carbs and low sugars/fats. That and it is all kosher. I’m 6’3 1/2”/192cm, 220 lbs at 15% BF. My goal is to get below 12% BF. My abs are visible but not defined. It’s all about progress!

I've been marathoning the shows Alone and Naked and Afraid. Without meat, the participants quickly lose body mass, and eventually tapped out or quit. Not a single plant eater would survive in the wild.

Can you explain this to me. I used the carnivore diet as an elimination diet, never intended on doing it long term. Why is it that my bowel movements while following the diet were more regular and with less issue, but not that I follow a well balanced diet with more fiber than the minimum recommended, it is very difficult to defecate? While following an all meat diet, no issue. Recommended diet as per the AHA, big issue.

The most recently discovered hunter gatherer human group are the Australian Aboriginals, there are clear records detailing their diet. They ate mostly animals and some plants like seeds and yams. Keto is the best close representation to their diet.

I just heard about this recently from Joe Rogan and was curious about this. Going on a regular diet is hard for me since I have Oral Allergy Syndrome, so a lot of fruits and vegetables I loved to eat I no longer can. So this sounds like it may work for me. Really appreciate this video, gave me deeper insight to what I'll have to look forward to.
