15-Minute Explosive Cardio & Ab Blaster | Joanna Soh
Today’s workout is a HIIT Cardio-Ab Blaster. This workout combines explosive movements with ab-focused exercises. There will be no rest in between exercises before completing each circuit. So this workout is going to help you to torch lots of calories, build a strong and firm abs and also to increase your power and endurance ability.
Workout Type - Cardio & Power
Workout Sequence - 30 secs each workout without any rest in between repeated twice
Circuit - 3 rounds
Duration - 15 minutes
Estimated Calories Burned - 120 to 170 Cals
No Equipment needed!

1. Full Crunches
2. In-Out Squat Jump
3. Flutter Kicks
4. Jump Forward & Jog Back
CIRCUIT 2
1. V-Tucks
2. Mountain Climbers
3. Rainbow Leg Raises
4. Plank Tucks
CIRCUIT 3
1. Star Crunches
2. Side to Side Shuffle
3. Bicycle Crunches
4. Jumping Jacks
