How about not go down there in the first place?

At least the photographer wasn't dumb enough to waste time by trying to gather up his equipment. He valued his life more than what he brought with him.

It takes a special type of person to go cave exploring. I couldn't imagine being stuck head first in a crevice.

People need to leave those caves alone.

Gave up that activity after a few caves. Not worth the risks.

Your Thumbnail is CLICKBAIT... 'Deeper than the Mariana Trench'

Mariana Trench is about 35, 876 feet (10, 935 meters) deep, making it deeper than Mount Everest is tall. Veryovkina Cave is only 7, 217 feet / 2, 200 meters deep. Your math is off by a factor of over 10 times.
