No supplements.
1. Consume chana or moong sprouts 2 times a week. Enough B12.
2. Include white mushroom in your diet.
3. B12 are also found in carrots, banana and apple in little amount and in high amount in beetroot, wheat grass.
Don't go for synthetic supplements. It will increase B12 on the other side it will weaken your bones.
