LORENTZ TRANSFORMATION || Sp. Relativity Part 3 ||

In this Physics (Theory of Special Relativity) video lecture for B.Sc. in Hindi we explained Lorentz transformation and derived the equations. We also explained the Galilean transformation. Lorentz transformations are absolute equations for inertial frame of references, whereas, Galilean transformations are not. But for low speed, in comparison to the speed of light, Lorentz transformations reduce to Galilean transformations.
The main assumption for the Lorentz transformation is that the speed of light is same for all observers situated in any inertial reference frame
