No law is broken if you are being told you are being fired but will get paid with benefits for 90 days.

“I don’t care about the economics, at all” ~Elon Musk at a TED Talk re buying Twitter … seems he lied

He’s paying 3 months severance, a month more than the 2 months required by California law. Those spoiled brats deserve to be fired.

With 3 months severance, they have no legal remedy. Just drama from them. Move on!

If those laid off employees are so great at their jobs then they could find a better job ASAP!

Thank you Elon for firing useless Twitter support. I have sent severals message and they don't reply.

Since when do employees get to decide who or why there are layoffs? Seriously!

I heard they, them, he, she, zer, el, blip and bloop lost their jobs. What a sad day for "them".

What basis are they suing for? Every business has the right to cut back as needed.

A lot more than 3700 lost their jobs with a lot less notice for not taking the shot, and if they tweeted a complaint on Twitter about a violation of their rights to freedom of choice they were likely locked out by action of these same losers. I feel far worse for them than the laid off with pay "twits".
Being laid off with 90 days severance seems plenty fair, and this seems like sour grapes by sour grapes.

They'll get their little severance package. They've been given the boot and are angry about it these kids didn't do anything to contribute to society other than shutting down people's speech they disagreed with. The little bastards need to be thrown in jail for violating the 1st amendment along with a litany of other things such as cyber bullying to the highest level and committing actual crimes such as contacting people's employers and threatening them to fire people or else over political reasons. That's threatening political blackmail! Yea I say they deserve to be investigated thoroughly.

They all cried that they'd quit under him. Now they want to sue because he said "bye!"?

So full pay and benefits for 90 days.

That's really great. Elon is a good boss

Good luck with that because it's a right to work state and he can remove you anytime he wishes.
