Very helpful video! It would be interesting to see a video on how to research for leads, qualify them, amd get their contacts to make the cold call.

Get them to tell more about them to build connection
Dont pitch, do discovery
Add relevance / personalize
Mention your competitors are doing this
Questions should show you talk to lot of people like them

Whenever i do cold call, is it necessary to know the owner name's
Then any particular software to scrape it
And last if the calls always picked by gatekeepers
And If i did call's, wts the percentage of pickups and booking

Hey guys, I have a cold calling issue. I have been cold calling and I am average at it. Which is perfectly, fine. However, now I have started working for an Offshore accounting unit (india) and I am not able to get them talking. Earlier I was into software sales.
My major problem:

1. Script - not able to design a perfect script for offshore accounting services.
2. ICP - ideal customer profile
3. Decision maker - CPA or Operations Manager or Operations Head.
