2. Remove transit bolts or shipping bolts
3. Check the legs

Remove the transit bolts at the back, they resemble little screws, there is 4 of them. They make the machine stop shaking

Bought extended warranty, took more than a month between HDwarranty and mechanic back and forth + waiting for parts.

After parts ready (4 dampers + 2 springs) mechanic came and only installed the dampers, told us no need spring replacement.

When I got back home excited to wash, it still making vibration and noises.

Then we go through the same process again, and HD gave up.

I just bought the same Machine two days ago and it’s doing exactly this. Which is the reason, I searched this video.

I think it's overloaded with heavier items or you just need to level it at the bottom. The washer has adjustable feet.

For those who are saying remove the transit bolts it may not be as simple, my washer does the same and transit bolts are out, it’s something Samsung does to scam people
