GE washer unbalanced making loud noise

Sent in a question to GE customer service referencing this video. Got the most lame response I've ever seen. I'll take this video down soon and upload another with more details including their response. ...Well since there have been so many views I'll leave it up :)

It's missing the 4 Springs up to that are attached from the drum to the long thin suspension bars. I took some zip ties and looped them around where the spring went and then around each bar. She works perfect now. And mine was just as bad

top load washers open the back of the washing machine and PUT 2 small pillows: same size pillows like the couch pillows 1 on each side snug" NOT TIGHT" IN THE SIDE WALL of the washer..that will stop the washer from shaking on spin cycle ... i did this to my washer top load..it works like a charm .. i have a kenmore ..if you dont want to open the back of the washer you can try laying the washer on its back and add the pillows .. what i see it can be done... after your done make sure your washer moves back and forth.were the water falls in the tub.. and good to wash..
