As a coach or someone who owns a home gym, you know the value of a piece of equipment that can serve multiple purposes. These bands perfectly fit that category. While DopamineO has some staple exercises that the bands are commonly associated with (Waves, snap-downs, upper cuts, resisted penetration steps, etc.), The options for these bands go as far as your imagination will allow. These 3 exercises are great for developing strength and endurance. But where I find some of the real value in these bands is in the neurological and coordination aspects of many of the movements. Exposing the body and experimenting with novel stimuli is only going to level you up and further progress your understanding of your body.
