The 3 Gunas are pervading this material world. They also control our thoughts and mindset, which determines our mood and state of being.
We think, speak, act and feel according to the Guna which is more dominant in your life.
By getting some basic understanding of this science, will help us to disidentify with this body mind complex and identify more and more with the true spiritual Self.

Jai Gurudev! Very good explanation! Predominantly the Sattva Guna is in my life, but how many times I do see behaviors, thoughts that fit in with the other Gunas. Observing is important, we see it arise, but we need to let go of these 3 states, isn't that what Krishna says? And how difficult this is! Is there Any advice for us from Swami Anirudha?

Really interesting lessons on the gunas and how to recognise them in our daily lives. I did however find that background music really out of place and annoying 😁🙏
