My grandmother had beautiful skin and didn't know until the end of her life that she always covered with an umbrella in the sun when she was in her youth.

I've been doing all of the things you listed for 4 years now. I started at 36 and now I'm 40.
- Started with adapalene, now I'm on Tretinoin
- Daily moisturizers with SPF
- About a year ago I incorporated vit C, peptides and niacinamide
- Micro needling at home once or twice a year at 1.5mm
People around me keep complementing me and I think my skin looks better than in my late 20s!
I have to add, regular exercise - cardio and weight training does as much for your skin as actives. It increases your hgh, hormones, brings moisture to surface when sweating, improves blood flow in skin...

I cannot say this enough: “ it is such a blessing to have you in this world “.
I truly do not know too many doctors like you. My respects ❤

Thank you so much for this understandable breakdown. I have a few friends that believe that if your skincare product line isn't expensive, then it's not going to do the job. I've watched other dermatologist videos, but they do NOT share information like you do. I'm so glad I found your channel.

What I love about this Doctor is that he has made a skin care product that he really believes in, and he explains in detail the science of why it works. Better still, If you’re one of those people (like me) who can’t afford the trifecta, He’s telling us what the important ingredients in it are, and setting us up to make our own “trifectas” at a rate that we can afford! Dr. Karam— You’re a good businessman with a generous heart too!

Most of all, Dr.Karam has amazing skin himself, and he’s in his 50s, So he’s “practicing what he preaches, ” and it really shows! Thank you for all of these amazing videos and sharing knowledge!

I am 51 and I look like 40.
I don’t spend more than £6-700 a year in a ordinary skin care routine.
Only at home. Never been in beauty salon.

My grandmother had flawless skin her whole life. She did have some sagging, but no wrinkles. She used Pond's cold cream every night and stayed out of the sun. But she was also Italian, so I'm sure that helped. XD

You are hands down my favorite Dr on YT. I’m a medical aesthetician, and I work for a plastic surgeon as well, and I’ve been a skincare fanatic for almost 20 years and I’m 49. I’m told I look 35 ish over and over again. I’m a fitz 5 and I plan to purchase your skincare soon 🎉🎉🎉🎉. Keep up the great work Doc :-)))

It’s 3 categories:

Preventative (catch it before it starts)
Corrective
Maintenance

Listen to this Dr
Oh and I love your advice on shallow microneedling 👏 👏👏👏👏👏

Being 74 I always stayed out of the sun as I burned and got more freckles and no tan and of course there was no sunscreen back in those days. I’m thankful for that now but being the odd one out wasn’t always fun, so basically that’s why people say oh you don’t look your age.

The more I watch your videos, the more I am convinced that I will, at some stage, encourage myself to go for surgery to restore my face and neck. You inspire so much confidence, and I need to find someone like you over here...

Trying to get my gorgeous 35 y/o Daughter to work on her skincare for years. It’s a gentle nudge a few times a year. This is a great video to share with her. ❤

I have avoided sun since I was 21 because my mother told me the sun will cause wrinkles.

Hi, I watch, listen and learn from all of your videos, from surgical to skin school. You have a very earnest approach to everything skin and beyond, if I lived in the USA I would definitely be using you for anything surgical, without any doubt at all! Just wanting to say how good you are!!!

Very helpful. Can you make a video telling when and how you should layer skincare products?

Dr Karam, is it true that sleeping on our back helps prevent wrinkles and sagging? Is it bad to sleep on our side? Edit: yes that's me! No wrinkles but sagging

I am a patient with no wrinkles but sagging skin. Am Lithuanian..where the sun barely shines!! So I laid out at age 18 wearing Crisco oil! Got out of the sun at age 30. Using Retin A since the 90s. Am 64. Am getting a procedure to lift my sagging skin on my face. The woman who birthed me didn't have wrinkles until her late 70's. (My birth mother had problems loving all of her children). I quit using the expensive face lotion and Retin A and use CeraVe now. Am a vegetarian too. My skin is as soft as a human baby's butt!!!

I see some people with some wrinkles can look totaly young and some people with no wrinkles can look totaly old. So....wrinkles free face it's not everything....

I have been using the Trifecta for 30+ days now and love the results and simplicity of these products! I want to shift my focus now on some crepey skin on my arms and legs. I work out a lot so I don’t think that muscle definition is the problem. Just old lady skin (I’m 59). Do you recommend any particular skin care regimen / body wash and lotions to diminish crepey skin in those areas?
