I looked my best at 40. Now, at 69 yo, I am happier, more wise and so content with life. I did expensive in-office treatments, Botox and fillers when working, but now I use great skin care, targeted actives, great nutrition and a couple of science-based skin tools. I am beautiful.

Happy birthday! I celebrated turning 40 with a huge party! I turned 60 last year…and I really appreciate the decade birthdays to reflect on the past decade and what is to come. Diagnosed with cancer at age 50… and now 10 years forward, I am living my best life!
For the giveaway, the entire line would be great!

Dr Idriss. I am so thrilled and proud to be one of your Nerds. Your knowledge is amazing and I’m sure all of us appreciate you sharing that knowledge.
I am 75 years old and have seen dermatologists throughout my life from pimple treatment to the present for anti-aging concerns. I am finally on a consistent skincare schedule and I love how my skin is responding to products. I love all your advice of what works and what to avoid. And, you are absolutely adorable in your delivery. Happy Birthday in advice and thanks so much for giving!

Proud nerd over here, I loved the pillow talk videos where you literally lay on your pillow 😂 I loved that. Always on point.

You should do a giveaway of your products. I’ve always wanted to try them but I’m on a tight budget. I’ve been subscribed since your first videos during Covid. Congrats on almost 1 million!

Hello Dr. Idriss! My name is Mary and I greet you from Greece. Happy birthday with health and the best for you! I've been following you almost since the beginning, silently. And on your channel, thanks to your presence, I discovered an oasis. Thank you for that!. I am 63 years old and your advice is valuable to me, but at the same time I am glad to see and hear you. You are such a bright person doctor. You shine like the sun. I share your grief and anguish over what you have endured in your health problems and loss. And, as for your health, I sincerely wish you that it passes quickly, put it behind you and be forgotten!! As for the loss of your beloved grandmother, let me tell you that life embraces loss. And the older we get, the more we realize it. It is comforting that your beloved grandmother had lived the full circle of life
I hope you understand my difficulty in expressing myself in your language. I do not know English well. I did the registration as you recommended. I hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you for being here for us every Saturday. Sincere condolences on the loss of your grandfather. So sorry to hear about your breast cancer scare and the lumpectomy - I have had a lumpectomy so I know it's not fun. Sending wishes that things will be easier for you in the future. I am 68 and remember 40 as a wonderful time of life! May you have a fabulous birthday.

Aquarius gal! Non solicited comment… The planet Pluto is literally now moving from Capricorn to your sign, that means it’s on top of your Sun and that will bring lots of changes, like you said…feels like an era ! An End and a beginning. You have been in the light spot because of this change of signs and definitely you will not see /feel yourself like you used to. Know your moon sign and try to do more for your moon so your emotional world it’s balanced.
I appreciate you so much! You taught me how to take care of my skin and feels amazing. Specially after having my baby! My moon sign is Taurus lol you can tell.
Tons of love to you ! Can’t wait to see you rising and growing!! ❤

I'm one of those peeps - that believe in facial exercises to keep our face young... I'm 60 this year --- have very minimal wrinkles - and no turkey neck --- thanks to 'kiss the sky' yoga technique which I've done for nearly 10 years... plus affirmations about my forever youthful appearance... BUT, that's just moi --- I will never do botox - nor expensive treatments of any kind - and I feel like I appear 40ish --- I am a fairly down to earth - all natural gal - and have stayed away from excess sugar - carbs - beef - sodas - fast food stuff though - just for overall personal and health reasons... I do believe sugar and high carb - fast foods age the body much faster... again - just my two cents --- I keep my diet simple and satisfying but nothing too cray cray in any direction... Lots of eggs, which I've come to understand helps one to have good skin and hair... I have at least two a day--- and not for any reason except I love them...

Actually I swapped carbs for fat without decreasing calories and I went from lean to ripped. So for 3 years I have stayed very lean 10% or less on lower carbs for over 3 years. I would say it’s very sustainable for me. I weight train 3 to 6 days a week for an average of 50 minutes. And I have to do less cardio that previous years. I’m 57 and have been working out since I was 20. I have a degree in Kinesiology, Anatomy and Doctor of Chiropractic. I used to say almost the exact same things you said in this video. As I have worked with patients over the years I realize reducing calories or exercising more doesn’t equal weight loss or better health when the gut is in dys-ease, inflammatory markers are high and have hyper insulinemia. The quickest fix addresses these things which include low carb or no carb diet with no grains and no refined oils. As well as an exercise program that makes sense for that individual.

Congrats on coming close to a million subscribers. You deserve it. Good, clear, reasonable content with just a touch of humor.
Now. A request please. I am 70 this year and have spent a lifetime taking good care of my skin. But nothing I can do will address the loss of volume. I don’t even mind the joweling as much as looking a little gaunt. I actually keep my weight up a bit to keep it from looking worse (5’3”/ 137 lbs). I know a facelift is appropriate but am sure there are others like me who are chicken. Can you please do a video for us? Thanks
