I don't know why, but although I love a lot of YouTube cooking shows, I relax when I see you cook, and when I'm chopping vegetables or preparing food, I calm down!!!!

Excellent! I have some home grown plum preserves that would be perfect for these! Tip: use a paper plate over the creaming bowl to prevent splattering: just punch the beater shafts through the plate or cut small openings to accommodate.

Instead of powdered sugar you could also dilute some apricot jam and brush that on the pastry. Makes it nice and shiny.
