How to make Ham & Cheese Jambons

These are delicious and make for a great portable breakfast. They cost a fraction of the price of deli counter ones to make and are a complete doddle to make also.
Ingredients
-125g Cheddar
-60g deli style ham
-1 egg
-pinch course black pepper
-1 x 375g ready rolled puff pastry
-1 egg, beaten

I found that fontina cheese is the perfect one!
I’m glad there are more jambon recipes online now, when I first had one I had to search and search for a recipe! Now if I could make my own lucozade orange haha!

Fair play, I've spent 11 years in Ireland, that unfortunately ended as covid came.. Been missing these little squares of joy for years, been looking for puff pastry in a few other countries, just found out that, atleast the country I'm at, has them only in frozen sections in the shop 😂
