You can add sesame seeds on top of it before baking it. The seeds give a nice texture and a bonus flavor and it's just such a small addition to it! :)

Just made this I used ham and provolone, I added a smear of apricot preserves, provided a nice balance of sweet and savory.

My aunt make something extremely similar to this at the holidays, except her version uses a kinda dinner roll dough. I’m definitely going to try the puff pastry version soon!

Tres magnifique! Puff pastry really isn't that hard to make, but do make sure you get a brand that uses European butter, not oil. Makes a huge difference in flavor and texture.

Looks great! The only change I would make is that you gotta go Boars Head boiled ham. The tried and true classic!

Looks really nice, only suggestion is to make individuals size then bake it, like that it doesn't sink once cut like in the video. It will look all puffed up and individually packed with the yumminess
