Victoria 3 has bad bordergore

First one happens in most of my games, in fact I've never had a game where the US doesn't get some percent of Alberta. They need to change this somehow, maybe give Hudson a boost to colonizing north of the US? Wouldn't break anything and get rid of this nonsense. I'm always tempted to invade just so I don't have to see it on my screen all game.

Vicky 3 players when the historical borders are disgusting (they play history games but haven’t understood what kind of history it is)

One save I had on vicky 3 with France had nothing happen for 80 years because everyone was having communist/liberal civil wars. In the end, the US has not expanded or even engaged mexico in a war since it fell into a dixie dictatorship, while europe had the exact borders except everyone was communist.
