VIC2 vs. VIC3

Victoria 3 has been out for almost a year now and in that time various things have happened. I wanted to make a video detailing the updates, development of the game, and future plans Paradox Interactive has for VIC3. I also wanted to discuss how I personally feel about VIC3 and how it shapes up after a year to VIC2. I know Sphere of Influence and VIC3 1.5 are looking pretty promising at least in theory so I hope it sticks that way!
