You’ve gotta be kidding me😂 it was the catholic who added the “and the son”, papal infallibility, purgatory, and penance/indulgence. Orthodox stuck to the original doctrines which did not include these above additions. Catholics reformed the orthodox church.

Every historian says it was the west that changed
I'm pretty sure your pope admitted this ☦️☦️

>says that the orthodox church strayed for the Catholic Church after the schism
>Refuses to elaborate

Personally orthodoxy seems more consistent from my studies.

The Romans have changed way more than the Orthodox. One look at icons and monastic rules and it is obvious. Rome has changed everything from fasting to the actual novos prep services and which way the priests face.

Yea.. People adding stuff to the Nicene Creed are definitely more inconsistent than the ones adhering to the original and quoting it every liturgy.

Ooof. You're actually wrong on this one. The orthodox church is more traditional because it has preserved many of the ancient practices and traditions of the early Christian Church. Everybody knows this.

Bro claims the Orthodox Church is losing teachings, but Francis writes an encyclical on blessing 2 gay individuals (totally not a couple tho right?)

This guy needs to stop larping as an Eastern Catholic or as an expert in anything

I’m studying both Orthodoxy and Catholicism right now. Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the loss of Latin Mass a recent change of tradition?

Wow this guy is as blind to the truth as I was when being raised as a mormon. Poor fellow.

The Filoque is a massive scar on the Roman Catholic Church. Disarms any Catholic from pointing fingers about others changing Tradition, when one Bishop attempted to change a ENTIRE council.

Guy. The ctholic church just changed the bible interpretation again. Pope accepted mutliple gender theories. Catholicism is the firthese thing away from any religion.

Maybe it wasn't every couple hundred years, but the Catholic Church has changed it's traditions. More than once...

Your own previous Pope contradicts this claim:

"These Churches have an authentic doctrine, but it is static, petrified as it were. They remain faithful to the tradition of the first Christian millennium, but they reject later developments on the grounds that Catholics decided upon these developments without them."

bruh both sides say this and idk whos right. ig ill continue to be orthodox☦️

Both catholic and orthodox can claim apostolic roots, although the pope started teaching different theology to all the other patriarchs, because when Rome fell the franks instilled the own pope. Orthodox cannot change to the political changes, the Eastern Orthodox Church is still the true Catholic Church to this very day

Catholic dude needs to acquainted himself with the facts! To suggest Orthodoxy has changed more than Catholicism is simply a ridiculous thing to say!
